My Story :

It was at the age of six that my passion for nature was born. My parents gave me a book that started it all: "The Little Prince of the Galapagos" by Christian Zuber.

The discovery of this book was a love at first sight for nature and travel. Although traveling was not as easy as it is today, I knew that one day, I would set off to discover the world and its natural treasures.

Since then, I have had the chance to visit the Galapagos Islands and many other places. Whether facing distant horizons or in front of my doorstep, the emotion of capturing nature remains intact. Because nature is everywhere! No need to look for exoticism to escape.

The pleasure of photography is followed by that of sharing. The power and energy released by an image printed in large format are so intense that I wanted to allow others to enjoy it.

This is why I founded my company "Pixterra, the earth in images"! My ambition was clear: to offer everyone the possibility of drawing all the energy emitted by a nature photograph and feeling all its depth.

The mission :

Helping people feel good at home, at work or during a stay in a hotel.

I am convinced that an image can bring you a lot, not only in terms of personalizing your interior, but also for the well-being and serenity of the mind.

This is why I have selected a rich and varied collection of images so that everyone can find what they are looking for, I also offer the choice of the color of the frame if necessary and permanent personalized advice.

My mission is to allow you to create a personalized photographic environment, which will transform your place of life or work thanks to the beauty, calm and serenity that nature can transmit to us.

The manifesto :

Pixterra is the art of making nature accessible for the well-being of all, through photography. Whatever your personality and your pace of life, there will always be an image that, for a brief moment or for several minutes, will allow you to let go and recharge your batteries.

At Pixterra, we are passionate! I take immeasurable pleasure during my outings and trips, to be in nature and to create the images that I offer you in my collections. I am sure that this pleasure and passion can be shared with my customers.

The brand / The company :

It was at the end of summer 2015 that I decided to create my new company. The latter should allow me to distribute my nature images and videos, but above all to set up this project that has been maturing in my head for several months: Develop an activity that allows me to find an alignment between my deep conviction that a photograph can have a magical power on men and that a certain number of people do not yet know it or do not make the effort to realize it!

During the last months of 2015, I multiply the meetings with an accountant, in order to define the right tax status to adopt, establish a solid business plan as well as a forecast balance sheet over three years. All this is supposed to comfort me in my creative process but the more time goes by, the more doubts settle in as to the feasibility of this new adventure!

It is in these moments that the presence and wise advice of an accountant are very important and reassuring. I thus regain control and set out to find a name for my future company. It will be PIXTERRA!

I then contacted a graphic designer to work on creating a logo. I had an idea but I didn't know how to express it yet. Finally, the earth replacing the pupil of an eye would express the spirit of Pixterra: The earth in images

The start of the activity was made official on 01/01/2016. This was followed by the search for a professional laboratory to produce the prints and the search for a craftsman carpenter to make custom frames, all with a "Made in France" label.

Since 2016, Pixterra has been distributing my images to a diverse and varied clientele ranging from individuals to professionals, but they all have in common the deep desire to create a more harmonious and pleasant living environment, but above all, to be able to feel and draw the strength that nature photography is able to bring them!
